Dos stations fulfill all delivery requirements from laboratory or pilot plants to standard production lines.   Constructive Features All parts in contact with materials are realized in stainless steel AISI 304. Easy to service and clean. Each feeder is designed to avoid any material build up and the unit may be emptied automatically. Simple dismounting and assembling procedure - max. 30 sec. - without tools. A vibrating channel, driven by an electromagnetic vibrator, constitutes the transport mechanism. Absence of mechanical moving parts. Wear and tear are reduced to a point where no maintenance is necessary. Electronic circuits are set on 19" racks to facilitate eventual servicing.  General Index The electronic control panel can be connected directly to the single phase mains and operate where high voltage variations occur. The equipment is not affected by dust or humidity, works correctly with temperatures from -25°C to +85°C and can be installed as far as 3 Km from the feeders. The control panel comes with a synoptic board which displays plant functions, making handling easy to unskilled personnel. All constructive components are standard and consequently easily available. A process computer interface (PLC or PC) can be supplied, for remote delivery managing and data recording.
