Reliability

Our analog circuit needs no signal conversions while monitoring the feeders, and its electronics is not affected whatsoever by any disturbance in the electric network, let alone sudden interferences due to power shifts often occurring in industrial environments.

Flexibility

In-line mixes are composed uniformly. Flexibility is assured thanks to the possibility to change in-line the formulation percentages. The total delivery is varied, leaving the formulation constant.

Simplicity

The vibrating extracting device needs no maintenance and is extremely easy to be cleaned, same as the dosing hopper which can be dismounted without using tools. No tuning is required even when passing from a product to another, in fact the autocalibrating system ensures the delivery value set on the panel control.

Discontinuous feeding and mixing are eliminated

Discontinuous operations do not allow for a good process control because the premixed materials tend to separate due to differences in bulk density and flow characteristics.
